Modernization of planters

Equipping planters with vSet vacuum seeders by Precision Planting allows sowing seeds of different fractions, at higher speeds with a minimum number of duplicates and seed missing and ensures the same distance between plants in a row.

Equipping planters with vDrive electric drives prevents overlaps during sowing by automatically turning off the sections of the planter in already planted areas and in areas that do not require cultivation.

The timing of sowing determines the intensity of plant growth and development, as well as the accumulation of nutrients. Equipping planters with SpeedTube eliminates the free fall and the possibility of seed ricochet, thanks to which you can maintain the seeding rate and get an accurate placement in a furrow at a speed of 16 km/h.

The mSet system provides sowing of two different hybrids on the same field, allowing you to switch the planter to one of them when passing different areas of the field. One seeder with a two-section hopper and a seed feed selector provides the ability to quickly switch from one hybrid to another directly during sowing.

vApplyHD module allows you to automatically control the consumption of liquid fertilizers in each section and manage this process directly from the tractor cabin. With vApplyHD, the application process will be uniform, regardless of the speed of movement in the field.

The use of FurrowJet during sowing allows you to apply liquid starter fertilizers in several places at once or to combine several application options only on the seed or next to the seedbed. In this way, the plant will gradually receive the necessary substances during its early period of vegetation or development of the root system.

Conceal's nitrogen band application technology ensures that fertilizers are placed below the soil surface at a fixed, safe distance from the seedbed. This minimizes nitrogen losses due to evaporation and avoids seed damage due to inaccurate application.

FlowSense system allows to measure the fertilizer application rate during sowing in each row in real time. You will be able to track any changes in time and adjust the indicators to the required values.

20|20 SeedSense monitor by Precision Planting is a universal tool for managing, collecting, processing and displaying information about the operation in real time. This is the optimal solution for controlling the planter and visualizing the whole sowing process.

Precision Planting's WaveVision sensor distinguishes seeds from dust and other objects passing through the seed tube. This allows you to determine duplicates and seed missing during sowing and increase the accuracy of calculating the consumption of seed material.

SmartFirmer is a unique Precision Planting solution that allows to receive real-time data on soil temperature, humidity, organic components, soil homogeneity and the presence of crop residues. The system can automatically change the sowing rate in areas with different humus percentage, as well as optimize the application rates of starter and nitrogen fertilizers.

YieldSense is a real-time yield mapping technology. Its flow sensor is mounted at the highest point of the grain elevator and measures yield as the grain exits the blade. The system does not require frequent calibrations and provides yield data with minimal error, creating accurate yield maps.
