Re-equipment of sprayers

Equip your sprayer with sectional disconnection and spill monitoring. Avoid excessive application of CPPs by controlling sections and nozzles

Sprayers are used in key operations during the production season — application of pesticides and fertilization of crops. The operation of sprayers during operations must be precise and controlled as much as possible to ensure effective application. This approach ensures the high-quality conditions for development of plants and directly affects the actual yield.

The main tools for increasing the efficiency of application are:

    A non-automated trailed sprayer with a working width of 18 meters can work with a productivity of 12-15 ha/hour.     John Deere's AutoTrac RowSense allows you to cover more hectares per day, protecting the crop when applying pesticides in standing crops. The technology combines plant data from the row sensor with satellite data on the position of the equipment from StarFire receiver, which will ensure the movement of the equipment in the correct row, maintaining a constant speed and, as a result, high efficiency of operations.

  • Spill monitoring

    The use of flow meters in combination with navigation systems makes it possible to obtain data on the actual volume of application of the solution at each point of movement of the sprayers. You will be able to understand how effectively the operation was carried out — whether the rate of application was observed, in which areas it was exceeded, and in which areas there were gaps.

    The effectiveness of CPP application depends heavily on weather conditions — you need to take them into account at the planning stage and monitor meteorological indicators during the operation of the equipment in the field.     The analysis of operations allows you to evaluate the performance, whether the application rate and technology were followed, where there are growth reserves and which solutions are suitable for your farm. By analyzing images from satellites or drones, you can get a complete picture – whether the crop protection product has worked everywhere, whether there are areas with gaps, trampling, etc. It will help you work more efficiently, get predictable results and make rational decisions.

  • Sectional disconnection

    Sectional disconnection technology allows you to automate the process of supplying the substance to the sprayer, ensures minimization of overlaps and the introduction of established norms regardless of the operating speed of the machinery. Control of the nozzles makes it possible to turn on and off each of the nozzles separately and to increase the efficiency of CPP application.
